We offer three distinct programs: 1) Booking Management with 15% commission on net charter value, 2) Booking Management & Maintenance Services with 15% commission plus service fees, and 3) Long-Term Bareboat Charter Agreement with 8–12% annual returns and full expense coverage, according to the agreement.
The Booking Management program handles marketing and reservations. The Booking Management & Maintenance Services program adds winter and summer care services, document renewal and year-round support. The Long-Term Bareboat Charter Agreement provides full yacht management with operational expenses covered for 3 years.
Annual returns of 8–12% are calculated according to the yacht type, condition, value and contract terms. NorthSailing covers operational expenses including insurance, mooring, maintenance and technical support, while the owner covers company expenses and yacht tax.
In the Long-Term Bareboat Charter Agreement, NorthSailing covers operational expenses such as insurance, mooring fees, regular maintenance, repairs, cleaning, marketing, booking management and continuous technical support.
